Refund and Cancellation policy

• All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $100 cancellation fee and 6% transaction fee for credit card payments.

• Workshop registration may be cancelled with a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee and a 6% transaction fee for credit card payments, provided written notification is sent to daocollectiveny@gmail.com with receipt confirmed 60 days period to the start of the course.

• Cancellation from 60 to 30 days prior to course start, 50% of the course fee will be deducted from your refund, less a $100 cancellation fee and an 6% transaction fee for credit card payments

• Registration is non-refundable 30 days prior to the event.

• Registrants who choose not to attend the seminar without notice will also not be eligible for a refund.

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to daocollectiveny@gmail.com.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment or by check if applicable.

Partial Completions:

• Participants will not receive credit for any missed modules and will not receive certificates of completion for partially completed modules.

Dao Collective Cancellation Terms:

• We reserve the right to cancel or change location, start date, time, or content of an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a live event without offering an alternative, a refund for the relevant fees will be made. We will not pay for travel costs incurred due to a canceled class.
